What happens if I am late?
If the group has left and has already entered the monument it will not be possible to enter because the security of the place prevents it. The best thing to do is to call us to see all the options we have.
If it rains, does the tour go ahead?
Yes, the tour can be done even if it rains or snows. We will be mainly indoors.
What happens if the monument closes?
On rare occasions the monument will give us very short notice of its closure. In this case we can relocate you for another day or refund 100% of your money. Closure of the monument occurs on rare occasions.
