Yes, all our products include the entrance ticket to the monument (except for the purchase of the audio guide only).
Are tickets to the Seville Cathedral included when booking a GUIDED TOUR? +
If you make a reservation request that includes a guided tour, you will not receive your tickets by email. Once your booking is confirmed, you must go on the day and time of your guided tour (arriving 15 minutes before the tour starts) to the meeting point indicated in your confirmation email. There, our staff will give you the tickets and you can begin the tour with your guide.
Are the tickets to the Seville Cathedral and the Giralda included when booking an AUDIOGUIDE? +
If you make a reservation request with an audio guide, you must follow the instructions indicated in the confirmation email for download or collection.
What documentation is required to access the Seville Cathedral? +
You must bring a physical original ID card (DNI) or passport with you.
Can I bring my tickets to the Seville Cathedral in digital format? +
Yes, of course. They can be presented in any digital format as long as the QR code is legible.
Do children need tickets to access the Seville Cathedral? +
Everyone needs a ticket to access the monument, regardless of age. Without a ticket, access is not allowed.
Can I modify or cancel my tickets to the Seville Cathedral? +
Once the reservation request is made, as stated on the website and accepted explicitly during the purchase process, the name, date, or time cannot be modified, nor can the tickets be canceled. Therefore, no refund will be granted.
Can I exercise the right of withdrawal? +
No, as stated in Law 3/2014, of March 27, which modifies the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16. Article 103 regarding exceptions to the right of withdrawal states:
1) The supply of services related to leisure activities, if the contracts provide for a specific date or period of performance.
Can I eat inside the Seville Cathedral? +
Eating is not allowed inside. However, there are designated areas within the grounds where you can eat, rest, or use the restroom.
Is there a cloakroom service at the Seville Cathedral? +
There are no cloakroom facilities.
Is the visit to the Seville Cathedral canceled in case of rain? +
No, the visit takes place in any weather condition.
What happens if the Seville Cathedral closes to the public? +
In exceptional cases, the monument notifies us on very short notice of its closure. In that case, we can reschedule your visit to another day or refund 100% of your payment. Monument closures are very rare.
